Meet Carson
Carson Creations is a one-person 3D print shop run out of San Diego. Carson started printing because he wanted custom parts and couldn't find anyone who did it right — so he built it himself. Eight materials, professional FDM equipment, and a lot of late nights later, Carson Creations ships custom prints nationwide.
The Setup
Every order is printed on professional FDM equipment with a 0.4mm hardened steel nozzle. That means a 256×256×256mm build volume and the ability to run abrasive materials like PLA-CF and PETG-CF that would destroy a standard brass nozzle.
FDM only — no resin, no exceptions. Carson believes FDM is the right tool for 99% of what people actually need: functional parts, prototypes, decor, and custom everything.
Every print goes through a manual review before it runs. No auto-approve, no batch farms. Your part matters.
How It Started
Carson started printing to solve his own problems — custom brackets, replacement parts, stuff you just can't buy. After a while, friends started asking. Then friends of friends. Then strangers on the internet.
Carson Creations is the result: a real print shop with real prices, shipping anywhere in the US, run by one person who actually cares about the output.
