1. Cancellation Before Printing

You can cancel your order at any time before printing begins. To cancel, visit your order status page or email us at carsonchristophercreations@gmail.com with your order number. When cancelling before printing: • You receive an 80% refund to your original payment method • 20% is retained to cover Stripe payment processing fees and administrative costs • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

2. Cancellation After Printing Begins

Once printing has started, we cannot stop mid-print without wasting an entire roll of filament and machine time. If you cancel after printing begins: • We retain the cost of materials used (filament) • We retain the machine time at our standard rate ($2.00/hr) • The remainder of your payment is refunded • Exact amounts will be communicated to you when the cancellation is processed To request cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at carsonchristophercreations@gmail.com.

3. Manufacturing Defects

If your print arrives with a manufacturing defect — meaning a flaw caused by our printing process rather than your design — we will reprint your order at no cost or issue a full refund, at your choice. Examples of defects we cover: • Layer delamination or separation • Significant warping caused by printing conditions • Partial prints that didn't complete • Wrong material printed Examples we do not cover: • Defects inherent in your design (thin walls, overhangs without support) • Slight surface texture from the FDM process (normal for all FDM prints) • Dimensional variation within ±0.3mm (normal tolerance) To claim a defect refund, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

4. File Issues

If your file cannot be printed due to issues we identify during review (non-manifold geometry, walls below minimum thickness, etc.), we will contact you before proceeding. You may then: • Submit a corrected file • Request a full refund If we identify file issues after printing begins, we will contact you and determine the best path forward.

5. Shipping Damage

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will file a claim with the carrier and either reprint your order or issue a refund once the claim is processed. Do not discard damaged packaging — photos of the box and packaging material may be needed for the claim.

6. Refund Processing

All refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time: • Stripe credit/debit card refunds: 5–10 business days to appear on your statement • We will email you confirmation when a refund is initiated
