By placing an order or using shopcarsoncreations.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and others who access or use the service.
Carson Creations provides custom FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) 3D printing services. All prints are produced with a maximum build volume of 256×256×256mm. We do not offer resin printing. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.
All orders require full payment at checkout via Stripe. Prices are calculated based on material volume, print time, and selected options. Final pricing is shown at checkout before payment is confirmed. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payments are processed securely by Stripe — your card details are never stored on our servers.
All orders undergo manual review before printing begins. We will contact you if we have questions about your file or specifications. Orders that cannot be printed safely or exceed build volume limits will be refunded in full.
You are responsible for uploading print-ready 3D files (STL, OBJ, or 3MF format, max 500MB). Files must be manifold (watertight), between 5mm and 256mm in any dimension, and free of defects that would prevent printing. We convert uploaded files to binary STL format for processing. You retain full ownership of your files. By uploading, you represent that you own or have permission to print the design.
Turnaround times are estimates only — no guaranteed completion date is provided. Shipping is calculated by weight and destination via Pirate Ship (USPS, UPS, or FedEx). Shipping costs are shown at checkout. We ship from San Diego, CA. Risk of loss passes to the carrier upon shipment. We are not responsible for carrier delays.
You may cancel your order at any time before printing begins for an 80% refund (20% covers processing fees and administrative costs). Once printing has started, we retain the cost of materials and machine time; the remainder is refunded. Completed prints are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect. Defect claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with photos. See our full Refund Policy for details.
You represent that you own or have the legal right to reproduce any design you submit for printing. Carson Creations is not responsible for copyright infringement resulting from customer-supplied files. We reserve the right to refuse printing of any design that appears to infringe on third-party intellectual property.
At checkout, you may optionally grant permission for us to photograph your completed print and use it for promotional purposes on our website and social media. This is entirely optional and does not affect your order.
Carson Creations' liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Prints are provided as-is for prototyping and display purposes. We make no warranty of fitness for any particular purpose.
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We collect only what is necessary to process your order and communicate with you. We do not sell your data to third parties.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be announced via the site banner.
